Una vez hayas terminado de colorear tú dragón puedes guiarte por el significado de cada unos de ellos y así poder analizar tu estado actual y la oportunidad de trabajar ciertos aspectos de tu inconsciente.

The beauty of this exercise is that coloring does not have to be perfect. When you color a Dragon, you can't go wrong. The welcoming form of the Dragon serves as a place of refuge until you can return to balance and wholeness.

Find a place where you can be alone and without distractions. Spend a few minutes sitting quietly and taking deep breaths to relax and calm yourself. When you are ready, write about your depression, describe how you feel and write down any negative attitudes you may have against yourself, especially the feeling of having "failed" in some way.

Choose the Dragon that appears below and decide what materials you want to use to color it. If you want you can light a candle or two.

Put on music in the background or listen to it with headphones. Choose music that is soothing to you. As you color the Dragon, remember to take a deep breath into your belly. With this exercise, you are giving your mind and body a much needed rest. Just listen to beautiful music and color the Dragon.

When you've completed your Dragon, make a list of ten of your most positive qualities, and see how the job of coloring this Dragon has made you feel while listening to music.
